            Ingredients
            • 200 g Myllyn Paras Classic Oatmeal
            • 300 ml yogurt
            • 200 g strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
            • 200 g currants
            • 100 g crushed nuts or coconut flakes
            • ? teaspoon grated ginger
            • 1 tablespoon honey

            Cooking time 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning

            Serves 3

            Instructions

            If you add 200-300 ml strawberry juice or much more yogurt, you will get smoothie! Just make puree from all ingredients by using a blender.

            Crush the berries (you need 300g crushed berries) and mix all ingredients. Leave them to stand to swell for a quarter or a night in the fridge. Divide into serves. Serve with berries and flakes.
