            Ingredients
            • 400 g Myllyn Paras Classic Oatmeal
            • 200 g fresh season fruits (apricots, peaches, oranges), fresh or frozen berries
            • 2-4 tablespoons honey
            • 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
            • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
            • 2 apples
            • Cold water
            • Milk ?

            Cooking time 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning

            Directions

            Put the oats in a large bowl and pour in the cold water to almost cover them. Leave the oats to stand to swell for a night in the fridge. Peel and grate apples. Slice fruits that you have chosen (if necessary peel them) and/or berries. Mix swollen oats, grated apple, fruits, berries and crushed nuts. Add honey and sesame seeds.
