            • 100 g Myllyn Paras Quick Cooking Oatmeal
            • 2 tablespoons mix of seeds and crushed nuts
            • 100 g plum jam or preserves
            • 100 ml plum or apple juice
            • For decorating:
            • 1 sliced plum

            Cooking time 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning

            Instructions

            You can prep no-cook oatmeal the previous evening and leave it to stand for a night in the fridge. If you find in the morning that your porridge is too thick, add a bit of juice. If plum jam is sugar free, add sugar or honey to make your porridge sweet enough.
